Postnatal Care
The weeks after birth are often a period of transition. We support you through establishing a new routine that allows you to heal, reflect, and rest. With a focus on self-care, connecting with your new baby, and body, we nurture you and your family as you establish your new rhythm. Before your postnatal experience begins we create a plan, discuss expectations and provide tools to cope, grow and prepare. During this time there are often lots of questions and we know how important it is to continue to up to date information you want.
